
Dr. Fulgham founded Urology Research & Education Foundation in 2001 for the purpose of educating the community and physicians about urologic diseases and specifically prostate cancer. He is especially passionate about prostate cancer, having treated prostate cancer patients for over 40 years and personally being diagnosed and treated for prostate cancer.
Dr. Fulgham is a board-certified urologist who was in private practice in Dallas with Urology Clinics of North Texas from 1987 to 2022. He is a graduate of Texas A & M and received his medical training and urology residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. He is currently Director of Clinical Trials at Urology Clinics where they conduct research that will hopefully lead to improvements in the management of urologic diseases.

Dr. Fulgham is available to speak to groups on:
Prostate cancer screening and treatment, BPH (enlarged prostate), and urologic cancers (bladder, kidney, testis). He can also share stories of his father's adventures (Col. Dan Fulgham) as an Air Force fighter pilot, his work with the early astronaut program and his identification as the Roswell Alien.
